Hi! We are Natural Dog Treat Boxes Ltd.
We have grown from a very small family business into one of the biggest online natural dog treat shops in the UK.
We sell a huge range of 100% natural dog treats and chews.

Are all of the treats you sell really 100% natural?

Absolutely. You can rest assured that every single item we sell is 100% natural with absolutely no additives or nasty stuff added. There is no raw hide and the treats are dehydrated or air dried meaning no cooked bones. All this brings with it wonderful natural health benefits for you dog such as helping to remove plague and tartar, help with your dogs coat, skin, joints, mobility and promotes healthy digestion. Our furry chews are also brilliant as part of a natural de-worming programme. Many of our chews are also great for dogs with allergies and sensitive stomachs. Delicious, natural and healthy - what's not to like!
 

What is the shelf life of your treats, is there a best before date?

All of our treats have a long shelf life, they will be good for 9-12 months
 

How should I store the treats?

​

They will be perfectly fine stored in the box we send them in but if you want maximum freshness then storing them in an air tight container is the ultimate way to store them.
 

I can't find the perfect box for my dog, could you make me up a bespoke box?

​

Yes of course, we are happy to make up bespoke one-off or subscription boxes and we do this for customers on a regular basis. If you would like to enquire about getting a bespoke box made up then please contact us and we will be delighted to assist you.

Can I request substitute items in a box?

Yes, no problem at all. If you are buying a box and your dog doesn't like a couple of the items as much as others then just drop us a message and we'll happily substitute the unwanted items for more favourable ones.

How do I cancel my monthly box subscription?

Simply send us a message confirming that you would like to cancel your subscription and we will cancel it for you immediately and confirm that it has been done. There is nothing we hate more than subscribing to something quickly and easily for it to then be frustratingly difficult to cancel - we will make it as quick and as easy for you as possible.

Can I change my monthly subscription box for a different one?

Yes, sure. If your dog is getting a bit tired of the same treats every month then it can be a good idea to switch to a different box for a while. If you would like to do this then please contact us HERE and we will let you know how you can easily get your subscription box changed.
 

I have ordered and received a box, my dog particularly loves certain chews but I'm not sure what they are. Is there a way of identifying chews?

Yes there is! We have created 'Chew Identifier' pages for all of our boxes. Simply select 'Chew Identifier' from the main menu and then select the box you have purchased. You can then look at photos and descriptions of all the chews in the box, along with links to order more of that particular chew if you wish to.

Can I create an account with you to manage my subscription etc myself?

 

Yes, simply create an account and you can manage your details, orders, subscriptions, view your rewards and much more!

Do you offer a reward scheme?

Yes we do! Simply create an account and you'll earn points every time you place an order with us. You'll get 5 points for every £1 you spend. We'll email you when you have enough points for a reward and you can head over to your 'My Rewards' page to redeem your reward. Rewards are 10%, 15% or 20% off your next order!

Tell me about delivery times and cost

​

We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery partner. 

We send all orders out via Royal Mails Tracked 24 service - the delivery aim is 1-2 days and you can track the order all the way.
We subsidise the cost of delivery (because we're nice) to help save you money and make natural dog treats more affordable for everyone.
Postage cost is calculated at checkout.
If you're anything like us then as soon as you have ordered something online you want it delivered as soon as possible, so we strive to get all orders sent out the next working day at the latest.
